Meditation To Remove Limitations And Fears
Meditation to relieve fears, limitations and doubts is an integral part of every well-balanced and successful person. Positive thinking and living does not mean that we close our eyes before the problem or fear and say: "it will be ok". It means that we can look at the whole situation, without emotional storm, in peace and without fear. Without break-downs or emotional collapse. One of the most effective elements of getting along with our feelings and seeing everything around us really positively is through a targeted meditation accompanied by a spoken word where your mentor guides you step by step through your whole problem until you are able to get an insight.
Meditation To Release And Awaken Our Energies
One of my daily favourite practices is meditation to awaken our energies. Waking up in the morning really is not enough. We need to make a "wake-up call" to start our senses. You do not have to practice this exercise only in the morning, but whenever you feel emotional fatigue. Physically, you are all right, but mentally you feel exhausted, have no energy and don't fell like doing anything. It is good to realize that emotional fatigue means that a person breathes briefly and thus does not supply our organs sufficiently with blood. Our head hurts, digestion does not work, we are getting fat, we are depressed and frustrated, our heart suffers and we have blood pressure problems. Let's try to calm down physically and wake up our body energy.
